Empieza con un minuto al d\u00eda, luego dos minutos, cinco minutos, hasta que puedas sentarte en paz durante quince minutos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Posturas sencillas como las piernas contra la pared, la postura del ni\u00f1o apoyado y las posturas de relajaci\u00f3n (savasana) pueden tener un poderoso efecto a la hora de aportar calma y concentraci\u00f3n al cuerpo y la mente. Busca una referencia a estas posturas en Internet o en una buena gu\u00eda de yoga. No son complicadas de aprender. Y no te sorprendas si al principio tu mente se resiste a la oportunidad de estar presente. Podemos crear comportamientos que nos permitan experimentar nuestro cuerpo, coraz\u00f3n y mente. Recuerda hablar siempre con tu profesional sanitario antes de empezar una nueva actividad o programa de fitness.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lo que he aprendido del yoga:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Es importante crear espacio en tu vida (reducir compromisos)<\/li>\n<li>Podemos elegir lo que hacemos con cada d\u00eda de 24 horas<\/li>\n<li>Hay actividades saludables que reducen el estr\u00e9s de tu cuerpo<\/li>\n<li>No se trata de negar tu dolor, se trata de cuidar de ti mismo a trav\u00e9s de tu curaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Y todo el mundo quiere ser \u201cvisto\u201d (ser esa persona para ti mismo)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El camino de cada uno puede ser diferente. Cada uno tiene sus luchas interiores. Los distintos estilos de yoga son diversos. La pr\u00e1ctica del yoga puede sacarnos de nuestra zona de confort y ampliar nuestra capacidad de conexi\u00f3n con nosotros mismos y con los dem\u00e1s. El tiempo en la esterilla nos ofrece la oportunidad de cuestionar nuestros propios supuestos.
