He is currently employed at the Tennessee College of Applied Technology in Knoxville.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Edwards had previously been employed in sales of curriculum software for the K12 market for 22 years. He has owned and operated a retail business in Knoxville and served as an urban planner for the Sate of Tennessee and the City of Gatlinburg. of He holds a Master of Arts degree in urban &amp; regional planning from East Tennessee State University.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Edwards serves on the Board of Directors of the Anderson County Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Anderson County Planning Commission. He is a member of Cokesbury United Methodist Church in Knoxville.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Harold is married to Redith Edwards and has two daughters and five grandchildren. Leslie attended Tusculum College where she studied business, marketing and human resources. Her job at TNBANK consists of increasing the loan portfolio, deposits and fee income at all TNBANK locations. As a true Hometown Bank, TNBANK takes pride in being involved in the community which made it a great fit for Ms. England. Leslie is passionate about being involved and giving back to the community. She has served on the Board of Directors for Oak Ridge Boys &amp; Girls Club, United Way, Emory Valley Center, the Oak Ridge Chamber of Commerce, and Oak Ridge Arts Council, and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Children\u2019s Museum of Oak Ridge. \u00a0In addition, Leslie is a Rotarian and will be serving as President of The Rotary Club of Oak Ridge in the yea 2018-2019. \u00a0Leslie would make a great ASAP Anderson County Ally of the Year because substance misuse is something that has impacted people in her personal life and especially the double life she leads as rock star \u201cJada Blade.\u201d \u00a0Leslie has lost a number of talented, educated and loving friends to substance misuse. Stanton is also a member of Sevier Heights Baptist Church where he became a Christian at a very early age.\u00a0 Stanton enjoys sharing his testimony about faith and football.\u00a0 Stanton has also led devotions for Kids for Christ at Norris Elementary for 3 years.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Stanton has played basketball and football since early elementary school.\u00a0 He has been a starting QB for the Maverick football team for 3 years and a starting Guard for the Maverick Basketball team\u00a0(when he hasn&#8217;t been injured).\u00a0 Stanton was a State of TN Mr. Football finalist for the 2017 football season.\u00a0 He was also the MVP for Region 2-4A.\u00a0 Stanton is currently rehabilitating from surgery on a torn ACL and will make a full recovery for the Mavericks before his Senior 2018 football season.<\/p>\n<form action=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/cgi-bin\/webscr\" method=\"post\" target=\"_top\"><input name=\"cmd\" type=\"hidden\" value=\"_s-xclick\" \/><br \/>\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.paypalobjects.com\/en_US\/i\/scr\/pixel.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" border=\"0\" \/><\/form>\n<form action=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/cgi-bin\/webscr\" method=\"post\" target=\"_top\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.paypalobjects.com\/en_US\/i\/scr\/pixel.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"1\" height=\"1\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<\/form>\n<hr \/>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/asapofanderson.org\/es\/about\/wayne\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pastor Wayne Phillips<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<form action=\"https:\/\/www.paypal.com\/cgi-bin\/webscr\" method=\"post\" target=\"_top\"><input name=\"cmd\" type=\"hidden\" value=\"_s-xclick\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-2921\" src=\"http:\/\/www.asapofanderson.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/Wayne-Phllips-Photo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"231\" height=\"286\" \/>Pastor Wayne\u00a0Phillips\u00a0was born March 8, 1962 and raised by Christian parents in rural Anderson County, TN. \u00a0Because of the godly influence of his mom and dad, Wayne was saved in a revival at the age of 9 years old. He is a 1980 graduate of Lake City High School and graduated in May of 1985 with a B.S. from Cumberland College.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>On June 8, 1985 Pastor Wayne married Joan Long, his high school sweetheart and became a member of MSBC. In March of 1997, Wayne surrendered to the ministry and in September 1997 he was ordained by the Main Street Baptist Church family. From September 1997 to February 2003, he served as Youth Pastor. Currently, he has held the role of Chief of Police there for 25 consecutive years. Jim has been married to his wife, Pam, for 32 years. They have two sons and love spending time with their grandchildren.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Jim is a member of the Tennessee Association of Chiefs of Police, the International Association of Chiefs of Police, the Rocky Top Chamber of Commerce, and Vice Chairman of the Anderson County E911 Board.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Chief Shetterly has been an active partner with ASAP of Anderson County and has participated in National Drug Take Back Day and the \u201cI AM ONE\u201d campaign. He has also worked in partnership with ASAP and the Alcoholic Beverage Commission to combat the underage sale of alcohol, which has led to a dramatic decrease of underage alcohol sales in businesses.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOn a personal note, I would encourage everyone to continue to donate to ASAP of Anderson County. I truly believe that their vision of a Juvenile Drug Court is a step in the right direction, and something we desperately need.
